Upkip relies on production ready, highly reliable and highly scalable services. In this respect, the data services are no exception and can be configured to achieve SLA as high as 99.995% at some extra cost. The default cost optimized configuration, which is sufficient for most of our customers this SLA is 99.5%, with differential backup every 12-24h and transaction log backup every 10 minutes for the configuration data and every 12-24h for the telemetry data. Backups are stored in cloud storage and in most cases the retention time of 30 days is considered sufficient. Upon request, the default configuration could be extended to lower intervals, longer retention and could include geo redundancy.
